Let’s talk about cozy fashion garments. Today’s blog post is dedicated to my favorite sweaters styles you all can give a try during cold weather days. Knitwear is an ideal choice for windy cool weather, chilly and crispy morning street walks. Sweaters were always Fall and Winter number one clothing staple, that’s why I decided to gather all kinds of sweaters you can definitely try on this year. These are my personal favorites, so don’t judge strictly!
It looks like everything is in fashion right now and I see lots of awesome bright sweaters with crazy prints, oversized silhouettes, pastel and neutral colors, etc. The first sweater type I wanted to underline is the beloved oversized version. You can find big sweaters everywhere around, from vintage shops to well-known designer brands. Size does matter and I love the bigger, the better ones. Oversized knitwear reminds me of a sophisticated boho look. You are free to pair it with completely anything you like, starting from skinny pants or jeans to lace skirts or midi dresses.
Next stop is a metallic sweater. This piece of clothing can go from office to late night meetings. I see ladies wearing them to cocktail parties and they do look pretty fabulous! I recommend to try on silver and gold colored versions, they are my favorites. If you do want to keep yourself warmer and save your neck, then you should go for a turtleneck sweater. This is a comeback of 1970’s fashion, but I kind of always used to wear turtlenecks, they are my favorites. Fashion offers either tight or oversized turtleneck sweaters, it’s up to you which one to choose. I love creating French style looks with my turtleneck, all I need is a nice blue pair of jeans, ankle boots, neutral colored sweater and classic carcoat draped over shoulders. You can even tuck your hair inside sweater’s neck.
Keep it cool with a chunky or cable knit sweater. These designs are perfect for extremely freezing temperatures. This style is perfect for mountain trips, countryside visits. I see many women who wear these cool knitwear creations half-tucked in their skirts, pants or shorts. If you are more into a ladylike and sweet look, then you should buy yourself and pastel colored sweater. The monochromatic look is always in style. The streets of big cities are invaded by our favorite pink, blue, white, gray color designs. If you want to underline sophistication and classy look, then you better go for a neutral colored sweater. I also like to see women in fuzzy style sweaters. They are cozy, warm and look fun and feminine. Anyway, have a look at some of my favorite street style images, where women appear in all kinds of knitwear designs. Make sure to find your favorites and don’t forget to tell me your thoughts in the comments below.
